We understand that every student has a different dream. That’s why our Key Stage 5 curriculum offers flexible pathways tailored to your career aspirations, whether that is a top-tier university, a degree apprenticeship, or heading straight into industry.
Year 12: Building the Foundation
In Year 12, you will immerse yourself in your chosen specialisms. We offer a high-calibre blend of academic and technical pathways:

A-Levels: Including Maths, Physics, Chemistry, and Computer Science.

T Levels: Specialized technical routes in Engineering, Manufacturing, Processing/Control or Digital Software Development.

Level 3 Technical Qualifications: BTEC Engineering and Applied Science.
Alongside your studies, you will begin working on employer-led challenge projects, gaining hands-on experience and adapting to our professional culture (8:30 am – 4:15 pm working day) that prepares you for the world of work from day one.
Year 13: Specialising and Stepping Out
As you move into Year 13, the focus shifts to mastery and your next steps.

Advanced Skills: Deepen your technical knowledge through specialised units like Computer-Aided Design (CAD), Calculus, and Electrical Power Distribution.

Destination Planning: Our dedicated careers team works with you to secure prestigious placements. With 84% of our students going on to STEM-based university courses (double the national average) and 63% securing higher or degree apprenticeships, your success is our priority.
