WMG Academy Solihull is featured in a national video about students who have kickstarted their careers by attending University Technical Colleges.
The acacdemy’s engineering hall, staff and students, as well as the jaguar car and the outside of the building can be seen in the video.
Two former students from WMG Academy are also interviewed on the video. Omeah Hancox and Katherine Fenton both joined Jaguar Land Rover apprenticeship schemes after leaving the academy. Omeah was just 15 years old when she was offered her position, while Katherine was offered a place on the the sought-after JLR Degree Apprenticeship scheme which gives her the opportunity to earn and learn, as well as having her university tuition fees paid by the company.
