WMG Academy Solihull Green Power race team have just returned from Mallory Park Race Circuit in Leicestershire; Coben, Zain, Ousmane, Charlie, Charley-May, Malachi, Sahil, Ramzan, Jeevan and Shay took part in the Academy’s Enrichment programme which gave them the opportunity to build and develop two Green Power electric race cars.
The race team took the cars on their first outing to a race track for the opening test session of the season where they demonstrated their technical skills, their ability to work as a team and their ability to problem solve…this was in addition to honing their newly-acquired driving skills! WMG Academy Solihull is very proud of the way every member of the team shone individually and also supported their fellow team members. Roll on the race season!
