In Enrichment , Life skills have been learning how to write in fountain pen and master how to write a formal letter. The task will be to write to a VE day veteran via the VE Mail initiative and to a previous retired member of the Royal Navy. They have drafted their letters and now are practising their penmanship. Some of the students are now using their pens in class independently as they feel this is improving their presentation. We are sending the letter next week and are hoping for a response in the next couple of weeks
