Kimberly Henry in Year 13 has recently completed an in person work experience placement with BAE systems. BAE provide some of the world’s most advanced, technology-led defence, aerospace and security solutions. There is a huge amount of secrecy surrounding the work they do so Kimberly can’t share much with us. As a result of this amazing opportunity Kimberly has been awarded a Silver Industrial Cadets Accreditation.
This award has been given as a result of Kimberly undertaking structured programme incorporating real-world topics, hands-on team tasks, role model interaction, STEM activities, and project-based problem solving.
