Every year, hundreds of people choose to become wildlife volunteers in Namibia. It’s a country of extreme and often breath-taking beauty. With seemingly endless spans of awe-inspiring desert and grassland, as well as an incredible array of flora and fauna, Namibia is the perfect destination in which to expand your horizons. Start your journey with this exciting opportunity volunteer in Namibia. We are very proud that Avia Dovenston in Year 11 is getting the chance to work in one of the sanctuaries from the 14th March until 22nd March as part of her Work Experience.
Aiva asked for help to gather some supplies to take with her to help the children in these sanctuaries, so Mr Adams enlisted the support of his family and Midland Heart (Retirement Living) and they managed to collect over 50 donations of colouring books, medical supplies, old mobile phones, toothpaste and other much needed items.
Aiva came over to Midland Heart to meet Mr Adams and his mum to collect these donations and the residents got to hear what the work experience will entail, Avia has promised to return back to Midland Heart to update the resitates on how their donations helped the local community.
Everyone here at WMG Academy in Solihull wish Avia and her family all the best and safe travels for her adventure and her work experience.
