For Children’s Mental Health week we have celebrated the of “Know yourself, Grow Yourself”. Through the assemblies and tutor activities students have learnt about how they can build and grow their resilience by understanding themselves and recognising their emotions.
If you are worried about your child’s mental health there is lots of support out there. Encourage them to speak to an adult that you trust about it. That might be a parent or family member, a family friend or even a teacher at school.
